T OR F? It is better to take an NBA dog of +7 or less on the ML rather than spread?

Title should end, RATHER THAN THE SPREAD

This is actually the best piece of gambling advice that I could give someone.

I would say true. Or at least especially of lines of less than +5. At +5 the moneyline should be around +180. At +7 you would be looking at around +250.

I would say just to take the underdog on the moneyline, no need for the points! That doesnt mean that I take every dog of less than 7 points, but if I handicap a dog as the winner and they are getting +7 or lower, then I just bet them on the moneyline. Since I have started doing that in the past 3 years, I have seen better results

I posted it here??

I am not as barrelled in as you think after hitting more moneyline dogs yesterday in the NCAA.

You are the guy who drops his site because you were so damn afraid of the government. Did anything happen to Shrink or the owners here??

Whalenowagerer, this is the best piece of gambling advice that I could EVER offer someone.

Some of course say it is bullshit, but I havent survived by gambling this long on mistakes.

Your site wasnt that bad. That was hardly a personal attack. I can just remember what you said when I talked to you on the phone about 4 years ago, it was about the US GOV.

Again, hardly a personal attack. You dont have a thick skin I guess

I had forgotten if I had posted this thread here or not. I posted it across the street and someone answered with the numbers, but they used the wrong moneyline in their calculations.

You said that you were worried about accepting money from gambling sites though.

Lets just drop it. Maybe I misunderstood, it was a long time ago

Well it wasnt a sponsorship. I had already paid the entry fee. I was just going to wear your websites gear for a small fee. It was at least 2-3 years ago then. It had to be that long since I have been wearing hats from another website for the last 18 months. Not really a forum site though.

I am not sure why I remember something so long ago though, but lets just drop it. I shouldnt have mentioned the hat deal anyway

I recently started doing something similar, betting ml dogs and have done very well in the NBA with it although I dont know the exact stats but I would say most dogs that win outright are probably +6 or less but I have the Knicks ml today who were +8 on the spread so lets hope I'm wrong.

I can guarantee you that I will NEVER take an underdog in the NBA at +4 or less, I just take the moneyline.

Now that doesnt mean that I bet all underdogs, but the ones that I do like, it is better to take the moneyline

So let's get this straight....you never lay a fav -6 or more and you never take a dog +4 or less...you say NEVER, is that correct?
